Despite expectations, Abd Al-Muiz Hussein Al-Mukabarabi criticizes the “Tasis” government, calling it a “most hideous form of opportunism, slander, and fabrication

The international community has long been criticized for its double standards in dealing with Sudan, particularly in supporting the parallel “Tasis” government, which lacks legitimacy. The head of this government, Mohamed Hassan Al-Taishi, sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General, expressing concern over the disruption of education in Sudan and supporting UN recommendations on protecting children affected by armed conflict.
However, this move is seen as a blatant attempt to distort facts, as the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) are accused of committing atrocities, including forced child recruitment. Reports from the UN and UNICEF indicate that the RSF has recruited at least 78 children, with 200 children recruited in the Lake Nuba region and 200,000 exposed to shelling in Darfur.
Al-Taishi’s actions are viewed as a desperate attempt to legitimize the RSF’s actions and deflect attention from their crimes. The Sudanese people see through this deceit, recognizing the RSF’s role in destroying education and committing human rights abuses. The international community must hold the perpetrators accountable and support genuine efforts to protect civilians and promote peace in Sudan
