_And despite expectations…_ Abdul Moaz Hussein Mukabrabi Sudan••The_Question_of_the_Existence_Ma (The Demographic War)…!?

One of the thinkers of _Demography_ once shouted in the face of the commander of the air force of a major state during a battle:
_”Do not kill them with missiles, because in ten years you will find no one left in that place…!?”_
So what is it about…?
The most dangerous war against humanity, by far, is the *War of Minds*. Its effects target the distant future. Its danger lies in the fact that its objectives are radical: change and erasure. It forcefully imposes final, alternative realities on the ground through the replacement of peoples, geography, and identity.
It is a strategic alliance between geopolitics thinkers, population scientists, and futurists. They develop foresight scenarios to change the demographic map of states through extremely malicious, covert, and secret means. It relies on no ethics, no values, and no conscience. It is a ferocious nature driven by strategic conflict over the survival interests of the strongest peoples.
This is how the phobia of the modern world made strategists pose the question of the fate of peoples and identity. They placed Sudan under the microscope of measurement across political-security, cultural, economic, social, demographic, and resource factors, looking toward the year *2050*.
In the results of the foresight analysis, they found nothing but fears and risks of fragmentation and dismemberment — the product of the *Demographic and Geopolitical War* run by highly professional intelligence agencies with full support, through fronts, organizations, individuals, agents, and companies with massive resources.
It is a “low-intensity fire” waged by skillful hands that know how to prepare the conditions for future scenarios.
So, are the tribal wars, regional conflicts, and population displacements happening now part of preparing the stage for a demographic war targeting Sudan and its state?
The comparison is terrifying: between what Sudan possesses in massive resources and abundant reserves of wealth, and the demographic analysis of its population.
Demography today shows that the nature of increasing demographic diversity creates varying concerns about demographic change:
While some of the poorest countries worry about how to meet the needs of a large and growing population, some of the richest countries worry about how to increase fertility.
Accordingly, countries are now increasingly adopting divergent population policies with conflicting goals.
Moreover, some countries have, over time, adjusted their population policies in response to new and emerging demographic realities. They have shifted from policies focused on reducing fertility levels.
*The Demographic War* is a type of unconventional war — “Fourth and Fifth Generation” warfare. Its goal is to change the demographic composition of a state or region without firing a single shot. Its weapon: *people instead of tanks*.
*Tools of Demographic Warfare:*
1. *Migration and Deliberate Settlement*: Pushing specific population groups to migrate into an area, or displacing the indigenous population to change the balance.
2. *Systematic Refuge and Displacement*: Manufacturing crises and wars that force people to flee, then preventing their return.
3. *Manipulating Birth and Death Rates*: Through poverty, health system collapse, or spreading cultures that reduce fertility in one group and encourage it in another.
4. *Falsifying Identity and Statistics*: Tampering with population censuses and citizenship to redraw the electoral and political map.
5. *Psychological and Cultural War*: Targeting the social fabric, undermining trust, and spreading despair so that people choose to emigrate voluntarily.
*The Strategic Objective*
The goal is not just to occupy land. The goal is to *occupy the future*.
When the demographic composition changes, it guarantees:
1. *Changing election results and political decisions*
2. *Control over resources* through loyal groups
3. *Dismantling the nation-state* and turning it into weak sectarian/ethnic entities
4. *Economically exhausting the state* through the burdens of refuge, displacement, and unemployment
*Sudan and the Demographic War*
Sudan is a clear model of demographic targeting:
1. *Massive internal and external displacement* due to repeated wars since 2003. Millions are outside their areas of origin.
2. *Targeting resource areas*: Darfur, Kordofan, Eastern Sudan. Emptying them of their indigenous population and changing their map.
3. *Destroying the social fabric*: Igniting tribal and ethnic strife to fragment national unity.
4. *Brain Drain*: The collapse of education, health, and the economy pushes youth to emigrate. This is called “intentional demographic bleeding.”
5. *Refugees as a tool of pressure*: Using the refugee file as a political and economic card against the state.
*The Result*: A state with massive resources, but a people who are scattered, exhausted, and incapable of implementing a renaissance project. And this is exactly what is required in the international conflict over reserves.
*The Question: How Do We Confront the Demographic War?*
1. *Anchoring people in their areas* through security, development, and post-war reconstruction.
2. *A National Population Strategy* that encourages measured natural growth and invests in youth.
3. *Protecting identity and social cohesion* through education, media, and culture.
4. *Securing voluntary return of displaced persons and refugees* with real guarantees.
5. *Stopping brain drain* by creating an attractive work environment and a national project that gives hope.
*The Demographic War is more dangerous than conventional war* because it targets _”who will live on the land 50 years from now.”_
The battle is not just over land. The battle is over *who will inherit the land*.
